Well, this pic hit the nail on the head! Every morning I question myself why I stay up til 3am. Then when the time comes to stay up, I always talk myself into it again. I average about 5 hrs of sleep, just to have “MY TIME” at the end of the day. It’s quiet. I get to do the things I want to do. It’s the time where I wind down from the busy dad/work life and can just take a breath!
